Evansville's Ivy Tech campus offering drive-up enrollment for fall classes

Ivy Tech Community College Evansville is planning an event to make it easier for future and current students to enroll for fall classes.

Through Enroll ‘N Go, planned for July 29-30, students will be able to drive up and talk to educational professionals about the next steps for enrollment.

Ivy Tech hosts virtual celebration for early college high school program graduates

While the state of many area high school graduations was still being determined, Ivy Tech Community College Evansville held a virtual ceremony to honor 18 students graduating the Early College High School program.

The students joined Chancellor Daniela Vidal and other Ivy Tech administrators Thursday afternoon during the celebratory event that highlighted their accomplishments throughout their four years in the dual-program.

Coronavirus: Area colleges virtual through end of semester, EVSC and Diocese add two more weeks

During a press conference Tuesday, school officials announced that the University of Southern Indiana, University of Evansville and Ivy Tech Community College will go solely to online instruction through the end of the school year as the number of cases of COVID-19 continues to rise across the state and nation.

The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corp. and Evansville Diocese Schools announced their buildings will be closed an additional two weeks with classes not scheduled to resume in person until April 13. That date may change as more information is known.
